Your so clever that you can occasionally make jokes that only .5% of the population will ever understand!
Good idea for a t-shirt design.

Stop looking for the punchline. You guys might be reading into it too much. It's just a pattern. The title gives it away.
See c-c-c-y for another and see stop-looking-for-the-punchline to see the format of almost every damn joke in the world.
I only do the punchline jokes to bring in new visitors. I have nothing against punchlines, only the fact that most everyone *expects* a punchline for every comic. This simple fact is extremely constraining and limits what you can do in a successful comic strip.
One of my long-term goals is to slowly wean an audience off punchlines and into more diverse forms of humor. The punchline will never die, but if I can at least calm the constant expectation of one, I will have done my part. I know. I'm wasting my time.swb17 months ago#1442reply

Like we believe that! The issue with this comic is not that it doesn’t have a punchline, the issue is simply, it doesn’t make any sense. The butterflies were cute though. Maybe he wrote the first 4 frames, his girlfriend made the next 4 frames, and his mom made the last 4 frames.Jannet17 months ago#1486reply
funny comments are funnyHe's right. It's a simple pattern. Just read the title.
It's one thing (g), then add another of the same thing (gg), then add another (ggg), then go back to one thing and then backwards one (f).
Hint: f is one backwards from g in the alphabet.joke explainer17 months ago#1493reply
