If Earth is an intentionally created product by God, he must be using the Windows development model. That is 1) release a piece of crap, then 2) keep patching it until everyone shuts up. Things may seem rough now, but we should be in pretty good shape by Service Pack 3.

Actually, to extend the Microsoft analogy, it would be more like an Internet Explorer development model. 1) Release a pointless lump of matter, then 2) wait millions of years for everyone to adapt around it.
